- PLAY ON inclusive rugby for all abilities
- Mini rugby (birth years 2020 – 2012)
- Start late April and end June 24
- New for 2023 – registration includes 4 weeks of fall rugby in Sept
- Junior rugby (birth years 2011 – 2005)
- Under-13 and 15 teams start late April and end June 24
- Free try rugby event on May 6th
- New for 2023 – registration includes 4 weeks of fall rugby in Sept
- Under-16 and 18 teams start in June (post high school season) and end in August
- Senior rugby (18+)
- Start late April and end with playoffs in September
